This past weekend was the first of many jam packed weekends of competition for Buctown MMA Athletes.
Up first, held at NJ Scorpions Wrestling Club in Fairfield, NJ-- Buctown's Diego Viera goes 2 - 1 at USAW Freestyle Developmental Tournament. Awesome job, Diego!
Next, Matt Grande and David Guerra traveled down to friend and fellow retired pro-fighter Kevin Roddy's Martial Arts Gym in Asbury Park with Coach Dave. They competed and both went undefeated in the 1st Annual Asbury Park Jiu Jitsu Invitational. You guys were awesome!

USAW 2022 State placers hungry for more. The Tiankee Family competing at War at the Shores in Wildwood, NJ and MAWA Regionals in Newton, PA.
To top off our busy weekend, with the help of Coach Jay and Volunteer Coach Viera these 2 warriors competed at Mahwah Qualifier.

Buctown Strong is a 501(c) Nonprofit Organization that provides classes through various forms of martial arts; Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Muay Thai/Boxing, and Strength Training for youth students 18 & under. Buctown Strong Nonprofit is made possible by membership fees, fundraisers, events, clinics, and sales of Buctown merchandise. 100% of the proceeds are put towards our facility, expanding the capacity for kids to train free, entering and traveling to tournaments, in-house and out-house clinics, coaches and staff, equipment and gear, going to different gyms and clubs, and to help build the growing foundation of Buctown MMA.
